Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must not be used or altered.
2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and preferred refund or exchange.
  3. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back within 15 days of receiving the label.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are for the purchase price minus shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are not available. If you need a different style or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Exceptions
  • Personalized or customized bags are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for return.
